Instead of making me wait, he immediately got my test drive setup with a Tech consultant (Bridget), she was very knowledgeable with the tech feature and gave me a good overview during the test drive. Robert is very knowlegeable and was helpful with the vehicle selection process, he was not pushing me with a car that was available at the dealership. He identified a car that suited my requirements(features and color). The negotiation process was easy since he understood what I was looking for. After i purchased the vehicle, i wanted to get all weather mats. i couldn't go to the dealership. Robb got the mats for me and met me close to my home to deliver the mats. One of the first things Oscar said to me was I'm your sales representative and I will see this transaction through on your behalf. Moreover, I drove from two hours away to purchase my car and hours before I left for New Jersey he gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to text him pictures of my license and current vehicle registration. He did this so I would simply show up, inspect the car, go for a quick test drive, sign the completed paperwork and drive back to Connecticut.- all within an hour.
