We were at the end of a long 2 week roadtrip from Napa to Malibu and were heading back to Arizona when our AC suddenly stopped working. Had the Q7 stuffed with luggage and didn’t want to have to stay a night Malibu and were heading back to Arizona when our AC suddenly stopped working. Had the Q7 stuffed with luggage and didn’t want to have to stay a night and unload everything again, plus we had our dog with us. Very happy that the service dept was able to quickly make sure there were no bigger issues with the car so that we knew we could make it home safely that night, which we did!! More
