We went car shopping one weekend and visited Audi, Mercedes and Lexus. We ended up returning back to Audi because of the deal and the awesome and not pushy salesman, Joshua Johnson. Also worth mentio Mercedes and Lexus. We ended up returning back to Audi because of the deal and the awesome and not pushy salesman, Joshua Johnson. Also worth mentioning is the Sales manager Kevin Bolden. The only issue I had with the fiancé manager Bryan, who wanted to sell me house and not a car. That of course was with all of the up charges and different packages. Other than that, I got a very nice car at a decent payment. More

Joshua Johnson was friendly, cordial, professional, courteous went above and beyond to ensure we would have an excellent experience as first time Audi customers. He had excellent follow-through and answered all of our inquiries. He was considerate and sensitive to our personal needs and maintained a positive "Can Do" attitude. He is extremely knowledgeable of Audi products. We have had very negative experiences with Audi dealers (Ontario Audi to be exact we don't recommend them, Sales Manager Brett is negatively impacting the dealership in our opinion as he is not genuinely considerate or sensitive to customer's needs); however, Joshua shifted our perspective and he is definitely our "Go To" Sales Rep from here on. General Sales Manager Kevin Bolden was also supportive and instrumental to help us ease on our concerns in purchasing an Audi product as a result of negative experiences with Audi Ontario. Thank you Joshua & Kevin. We're very much considering purchasing another Audi. More
