On Saturday, I purchased my Audi A5 Sportsback from Audi of Rockville after submitting my inquiry through Costco. Audi of Rockville then sent me a link of all their promotions and new inventory. Upon review of their inventory I seen an 2021 Audi A5 that sparked my interest. Shortly after, I was contacted by a salesman, Mr. Jean Marc who was attentive on locating the A5 that I had just seen online. I scheduled a meeting with him later on in the day for a test drive. Once arriving to my appointment I was immediately greeted by Mr. Jean. After providing Mr. Jean with a copy of my drivers license and proof of insurance, I was given the keys to test drive the Audi A5. Let’s just say I fell in love with this car because now it’s all mine! Mr. Jean Marc and the rest of the staff were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I would recommend for anyone interested in purchasing an Audi to purchase from the Audi in Rockville. The Audi in Rockville is a bigger dealership than the other Audi dealerships that I’ve been to in Maryland, and they have more of a selection of Audi’s to pick from. More

Absolutely would not recommend. Pretty scummy sales experience. They pulled scams and shenanigans you would expect from dirt lot used car dealerships. Was told the trade in was worth significantly less than Carvana was paying – and Edmunds, KBB, CarGurus, Vroom, Carmax - but was making an exception. That exception was still $1500 less than Carvana. I get it, dealerships need to eat too, COVID has been hard on everyone, and I wasn’t sure about the Carvana sales experience, so I let that one slide. Incidentally I sold another vehicle through Carvana not long after this experience and it was with out a doubt the smoothest experience I have ever had – minus a couple technical hic-ups with the app. The second scummy event was requiring a ‘sales manager approval’ to hold the vehicle until the next day to complete the sale – there was another exact same vehicle with similar mileage 10 miles down the road. I get there are sales tactics that help with closing deals, but still scummy. Strike two. The third scummy even was with the Lowjack system they install on all the vehicles. I have no want or need for such a system – but this was non-negotiable. Its only $299, and perhaps the dealership does have problems with auto theft in their location, so I let it slide. The final scummy act was asking for more money over 30 days after the sale was completed and financing was squarely in their account. Normally I would look at the request and see an honest mistake, but then I start counting up the various ways this dealership has nickel and dimed me, and I can only come to the conclusion that they are trying to run a ‘Yo-Yo’ styled scam. I am filing a formal complaint with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration to see what recourse there is. Avoid like the plague, there is a dealership in Frederick, others in Virginia. If you really need to see an Audi, drive the extra 30 minutes to an hour instead and avoid this dirt lot used car dealership. More

This dealer went out of there way in a Sunday, thank you Jessica to accommodate my travels & arranged for vehicle to be ready to see on Monday. I am deeply gratitified for that effort. I worked with AL in sales, he was pretty chill and easy to work with, I'd really say thou he might have got caught up in the mind of the dealer and not his own but we figured it out in the end. Neil in finance was awesome as well, they were able to beat my credit union rate & he chipped off a nice chunk off the ext warranty. Overall my time and effort into driving 8 hours to find my dream car was well worth it, althou most of the folk there were just there for the process & not to navigate the sale they did a pretty swell job in making me feel comfortable through the process. My local dealers on Li/NY are very cringy & difficult to deal with & I refuse to even go local for service they are THAT BAD... Would I return here? .. Well I have bought over 1k of accessories from there parts dept so far online. I would honestly only want to deal wit Jessica had I ever come back next time. What I did see.. Is alot of people (customers) enjoying themselves & didn't feel awkward being there.. They Def are doing things right & if your in the area or nearby I'd Def add them to your list of dealers.
