Highly recommend Joe Nowlin. We were waiting to hear back from about 7 different Audi dealerships between CT and VA. The first three wasted lots of our time trying to play the bait-and-switch game with us. We were starting to realize the logistical difficulties ahead when Joe Nowlin at Rockville Audi returned my call to say he had the very Q5 we were hunting for right on his lot. Seeing was believing so I asked him for photos and sure enough the car was really, truly available for us to buy and ship out. To get our particular needs met, it took numerous emails, text messages, attachments, phone calls, e-forms to sign/submit (and dealing with our peekaboo car shipper) but Joe got the job done while delivering top customer service. And here we are - 15 days later - our beautiful car arrived here today safe and sound - from 300 miles away! My father was an automobile dealer when I was growing up. I never had to purchase a car, worry about service and body work and I was fortunate to always drive a new car. Once I was married, my husband negotiated every purchase and lease for the next 39 years. Suddenly, I was on my own and had to navigate yet another new normal as a woman alone. Jean-Marc was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the Audi models and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions via text and email in a timely manner and never missed a beat. What a difference a change in management makes! I had written a not so great review for this dealership many years ago when the management team was different. This time around I was looking to buy an SQ5 and turn in my leased Q5. Mike Zheng was the most accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and fair person I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. I did not ultimately buy a car from Audi Rockville, but only because they did not have the car that I wanted. He worked so hard to help me understand all my options and find ways to save me money that I was able to use what I learned from him to get the deal that I wanted on the car that I wanted once I found it. He was such a great guy through this process that I actually felt bad when I came to the conclusion that the car that I found at another dealership was the one that I wanted vs the one he had on his lot. I never thought I would feel guilty for not buying a car from a dealership but I totally did! I would not hesitate to buy a car from Audi Rockville.. that is as long as Mike Zheng is still involved in my transaction. More
