Natasha was helpful and knowledgeable. My next sales advisor Mario not so much. Didn’t know much about the car and failed to mention there was a chip in the windshield. Long story short he offered me no advisor Mario not so much. Didn’t know much about the car and failed to mention there was a chip in the windshield. Long story short he offered me no resolution after purchasing the car. Had to get in the phone with Russ the service manager who is absolutely amazing. In less than ten minutes he had ordered me a new windshield free of charge, right before my sales advisor told me I could just “walk away”. Thanks Russ and service department you guys are awesome! Have a bit of a bad taste with overall sales experience. More

Absolutely astonishing!!! My Salesman, Mario, was very professional and patient. Mario was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with detail and preciseness.
