Disorganized I recently purchased a car from Audi San Diego which was amazing. However their service center was a joke. I had text confirmations of my appointment. I recently purchased a car from Audi San Diego which was amazing. However their service center was a joke. I had text confirmations of my appointment. I drove down my brand new car so they could take care of something they promised to do. Upon arrival I walked in to a disorganized and confusing service area. After waiting 10 mins for some random person to say “next” as if I was at the DMV they claimed they couldn’t find my appointment. After another 15 mins of looking they handed me my keys and told me “I’d have to come back”. I had specifically driven down on my lunch break 45 mins away and was previously promised the drop-off would take no more than 15 mins. So here we are after 1.5 hours of me sitting down and arguing with the disorganized service center they finally took my car which by the way had an appointment they magically found all along. I will never take my car back to this dealership for service ever again. If I could give zero stars I would! Rude, disorganized and slow! More

Manny kept informed throughout the day and when a part needed to be ordered he worked out the details of when to pick the car up the next day. When I picked up the car Jerald recognized me and checked me out quickly he then went above and beyond what he was required to do by bringing up my car himself when things got busy.
