Excellent and Honest Service Fernando was honest, friendly and completely responsive to our needs. He patiently helped us figure out what we wanted as far as models and specifics Fernando was honest, friendly and completely responsive to our needs. He patiently helped us figure out what we wanted as far as models and specifics on a car, and then found it promptly. We told him we didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the dealership and that we wanted to cut to the chase as far as pricing went, and he honored our request and got us out of the dealership in less than an hour. We were very impressed with our service! Since the car we decided on was still wrapped in plastic, the next day, I went back to complete the purchase. Again, the process was surprisingly smooth. Dan in finance walked me through my options and was friendly and direct. We decided on terms and I was in my new car within an hour. Again, seamless and easy! I would definitely recommend Audi San Diego to a friend and will be a repeat customer in the future. More

Disorganized I recently purchased a car from Audi San Diego which was amazing. However their service center was a joke. I had text confirmations of my appointment. I recently purchased a car from Audi San Diego which was amazing. However their service center was a joke. I had text confirmations of my appointment. I drove down my brand new car so they could take care of something they promised to do. Upon arrival I walked in to a disorganized and confusing service area. After waiting 10 mins for some random person to say “next” as if I was at the DMV they claimed they couldn’t find my appointment. After another 15 mins of looking they handed me my keys and told me “I’d have to come back”. I had specifically driven down on my lunch break 45 mins away and was previously promised the drop-off would take no more than 15 mins. So here we are after 1.5 hours of me sitting down and arguing with the disorganized service center they finally took my car which by the way had an appointment they magically found all along. I will never take my car back to this dealership for service ever again. If I could give zero stars I would! Rude, disorganized and slow! More
