Where is my vehicle? I had a 10 am appointment on Dec 4. Vehicle was dropped off at service dept. Dec 6 no word. Dec 7 no word. Dec 8 no word. Finally, on Dec 9, I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO LOCATE MY CAR. When I retrieved my car, one attendee said the car was sitting in that spot since Friday. Service advisors are unwelcoming and would rather stare at their phones or computers than s The level of service at Audi of San Diego is unacceptable. Service advisors are unwelcoming and would rather stare at their phones or computers than speak to customers. The timeliness of returning calls and meeting commitments is poor. I was quoted over $5000 of repairs, most of which proved to be unnecessary. The lack of loaner/rental cars is extremely inconvenient, particularly, when the car is not ready as promised. My feedback is not based on a single visit, previous encounters with different service advisors were similar. More

Recommend with a bit of hesitation Recently purchased a car through Costco Auto Buying Program. My salesperson was Tami Hudson. Tami is terrific. She is very nice and easy to deal with. Recently purchased a car through Costco Auto Buying Program. My salesperson was Tami Hudson. Tami is terrific. She is very nice and easy to deal with. She spent a lot of time with my husband and me. Some drawbacks: Parking at this dealership is atrocious. That alone makes me pause as to recommend...is it worth the hassle if you can't even park? They keep their inventory at various lots so they are always "searching" for vehicles. This is not unique to this dealership as I experienced the same with Frank Subaru but it is annoying and very time consuming. The day I purchased my car, I spent 8 hours at this dealership. Yes, 8 hours. I almost got up and left but my husband talked me into staying. They were short handed in financing - 1 gentleman for many customers, Tami was trying to take care of multiple customers at once and the staff was visibly stressed. I left the dealership at 8 pm which is their closing time. We didn't really spend time going over the car as it was quitting time. Fast forward to the next business day: tried to call to schedule appt. to handle financing changes. Called 4 times with no answer. When I got there the manager told me the phone lines were down. While I understand this is out of their control there was no apology for the inconvenience and it certainly doesn't reflect the customer service that I was expecting. If you decide to buy an Audi, ask for Tami. She will take good care of you. More
