The car had been freshly detailed and waiting for me when I signed the papers with Joyce, who was very helpful and made being in "the box" an enjoyable buying experience. The porter wasn't available, so Fernando filled my tank up himself. He congratulated me and presented me with a red box with my keys and two leather key chains. I recommend Audi of San Diego! More

worst experience i've had at a dealership I got an email to schedule maintenance service and then a letter with a recall for my 2019 Audi. I scheduled both for the same day and when I showed u I got an email to schedule maintenance service and then a letter with a recall for my 2019 Audi. I scheduled both for the same day and when I showed up, was told my car didn't need maintenance until 10k miles which was not clear from the email. I decided to go ahead with the recall for my rear tire and was told it would only take an hour. I waited for an hour and then was notified that the car was just taken back into the shop but they had run out of the parts. I asked "why did it take an hour before my car was taken back?" and was told there was a scheduled meeting for the technicians. If that was the case, then why schedule my appt at the time of the meeting? I took two hours off of work (30 mins of driving each way) for nothing. Furthermore, my car was not washed or vacuumed. I was a previous lexus owner and had a free car wash, vaccum, and full tank of gas everytime I took my car in. For me to waste 2 hours of my day without accomplishing anything and to not even get a complimentary car wash was infuriating. I will not be getting another audi once my lease is over. More
