He wrote up my work order to include the oil change and recall notice I had come in about, and recommended some other items that this mechanically challenged senior would not have thought of. He gave me an approximate time when the work would be finished and when I returned I was pleased to find out that my car was ready as promised. My one complaint - before purchasing my Audi I did a lot of research on luxury autos. The Audi was universally praised as a leader in the class so I was disappointed with the appearance of discoloration on my car's bright window frame moldings that I was told at my service visit were not covered under warranty. More

This sales professional was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles in stock and also very patient. I never felt pressured, and the entire sales staff was supportive. Dan in finance was also very patient and thorough. We had a few hicups along the way, but everything was handled with the upmost professionalism. I felt like this is an outfit I can trust and they in turn, trusted me to return with payment on a particular car. I will buy more vehicles from this dealership. They have a great sales and support staff. More
Audi Q7 didn't meet CPO requirements I believe Audi San Diego sold me a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Q7 with tires that did not meet CPO standards and will they will not correct the issue for I believe Audi San Diego sold me a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Q7 with tires that did not meet CPO standards and will they will not correct the issue for me. My vehicle was purchased on 8/27/2019 and the car had approximately 28,000 miles on it with tires threads marked in my sales contract as almost brand new. After driving the car only 1,200 miles I had to bring my car in for an engine light issue and was told by Audi's service team that 3 of my 4 tires were close to being in need of replacement. The other tire was in perfect condition and had no wear at all since I purchased the car. Sales Manager Fadi Houneini "stands behind" the tire conditions that were stated in my sales contract. I took my vehicle to an independent tire dealer who stated that it's not possible that one front tire could be worn out to 3mm thread and in need of replacement while the right front tire is 11mm thread while driving 1,200 miles. Furthermore, the uneven threads will cause damage to my transmission as well as cause the car to handle the road poorly. I reached out to their GM Ron Mangseth who didn't even respond to me, a customer who just spent $57,000 at his dealership! I intend to prove that Audi San Diego certified my car without meeting Audi's specifications for their CPO program. I am evaluating all courses of actions against Audi San Diego and will update this post as things progress. More

Problem not fixed I took my car in for what I was told would be a 4 hour service. After six hours I had to call to follow up. Turned out the person servicing the car ha I took my car in for what I was told would be a 4 hour service. After six hours I had to call to follow up. Turned out the person servicing the car had to leave for an emergency understandable. The next day I received a call to tell me my car was ready around 230pm. I arrived around 330 and had to wait over an hour for the car. On top of that the next day while driving the car the same sound I was hearing, was once again noted. This is not a complaint regarding the service representative, it’s a complaint of the overall experience More
