From check in to receiving my rental car is less than 15 minutes. Damien will update me throughout the day on any updates to my car. This time around I received a live video on my rear brake pads to show me they will also need to be replaced. Received a through report on repairs that were performed and update on what will need attention in the next few months aka tires. The service to the car is always outstanding. More
