I haven't always had the same experience with sales in the past but there's some new staff there now that completely changed my opinion. When I buy a car I know exactly what I'm looking for in terms of packages, features, and the deal terms I'm targeting. Pat Springer understood that right away and was a pleasure to work with. He made the process quick and simple without wasting my time. The experience continued through finance where everything was straightforward and totally transparent. Car wash Don’t offer a complimentary car wash if you can’t deliver. When I drove in they were washing and when I left they were washing cars. Jerald made the Difference My "check engine" light popped up on my Audi A6 and so I swung by the dealership on a late Friday afternoon to see if the dealer could take a look at My "check engine" light popped up on my Audi A6 and so I swung by the dealership on a late Friday afternoon to see if the dealer could take a look at it. Having less than satisfactory service in the past, I didn't know what to expect. Then Jerald Camacho (service dept) stepped up. He moved with a sense of urgency, engaged in friendly conversation, and made sure the process was started that day when he could have easily asked me to schedule an appointment and come back in. He immediately took care of everything I needed, fought to get a loaner car for the weekend with a manager, was extremely transparent in what needed to be done, and kept me informed of the entire repair process over a 4 day period with no hiccups. Upon returning the car, my car was "upfront" as requested ready to go and Jerald went the extra mile to make sure this experience was "different" compared to working with previous service reps. It made the difference to me. It's what the "Audi Experience" should always be and my faith has been restored. Thanks Jerald Camacho and Audi Justin D. More

For the length of time of repair it would have been nice to get a presentable vehicle back. More

In my fir I had a great experience with the salesperson, Zac Lemas. I actually visited the showroom 2 times before purchasing my car on the 3rd visit. In my first 2 visits, Zac was always super friendly and knowledgeable. He also made me feel comfortable and never pushy. I tend to run from pushy car salespeople but I always returned to Zac knowing that he would give me the information I needed but also the space and time to think about the purchase on my own. I really appreciated that and his approach. Zac also helped me to set up the car and offered to help with subsequent future visits. I highly recommend Zac if you are thinking to visit and purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
