Having less than satisfactory service in the past, I didn't know what to expect. Then Jerald Camacho (service dept) stepped up. He moved with a sense of urgency, engaged in friendly conversation, and made sure the process was started that day when he could have easily asked me to schedule an appointment and come back in. He immediately took care of everything I needed, fought to get a loaner car for the weekend with a manager, was extremely transparent in what needed to be done, and kept me informed of the entire repair process over a 4 day period with no hiccups. Upon returning the car, my car was "upfront" as requested ready to go and Jerald went the extra mile to make sure this experience was "different" compared to working with previous service reps. In my first 2 visits, Zac was always super friendly and knowledgeable. He also made me feel comfortable and never pushy. I tend to run from pushy car salespeople but I always returned to Zac knowing that he would give me the information I needed but also the space and time to think about the purchase on my own. I really appreciated that and his approach. Zac also helped me to set up the car and offered to help with subsequent future visits. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product but the one who stood out above the rest was my salesman, Anthony Picozzi. Not only is he extremely detail oriented but he takes the time to listen to your needs in order to provide you with the best service. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and this process can start to feel a bit overwhelming but Anthony’s abundance of information, his willingness to educate and his cool and collected personality made for the best buying experience.
