Also, when we purchased new, were promised lifetime oil changes. Audi of San Diego changed their mind almost as soon as we drove it off the lot. Finally Q5 burns oil, apparently a problem in theQ5. Audi refused to fix because we have only 90,000 miles on our 2011 Q5. A car manufacturer such as Audi should stand by their vehicles. More

Garbage Car When I got to the dealership, everybody was nice and professional, the person that sold me the car was very nice. I bought a used car from them, 2013 When I got to the dealership, everybody was nice and professional, the person that sold me the car was very nice. I bought a used car from them, 2013 Tiguan. Next day when I got it I got a flat tire, they changed it because we got the warranty. 8 months later and the car has been in the shop several times, first time for more than $600.00 and now needs more than $5,600.00 dllrs worth of repairs. I called the dealership, maybe they could offer some help or some advice. Matt one of the managers I talked to, which laughed at me about what I was telling him, was very disrespectful, and unprofessional, he even HANGED UP the phone at me!! we did not bought an extended warranty for the car, which we were thinking we were buying a good product. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated, He straight out told me you are on your own. They did showed me a CARFAX which was completely "CLEAN" but the things that the car has now wrong, where not done in less than 8 months. I tried explaining this to Matt and he didnt do anything other than laughed on the phone at me. Be careful when buying from this dealership, especially USED cars, it seems that they dont care what they are selling to you as long as they just get rid of it. More

could be my last visit two weeks prior had my A8 in for 75,000 mile service. noticed the next day that my air conditioning wasnt working. service says that there is no corr two weeks prior had my A8 in for 75,000 mile service. noticed the next day that my air conditioning wasnt working. service says that there is no correlation between service performed and A/C stopping, but it is very coincidental. When I brought it back, they said I also need new tires and brakes. didnt mention that at all during my service two weeks prior, seems like a bad upsell. quoted $1500 to fix AC. Wound up costing almost $1900, to replace a valve. Seems very high to me. final thing, last three times I brought car in for service they said they were too busy to wash. So I specifically asked for it to be washed this time. They did, but a below average job. Rims still very dirty. one more thing: AC sort of works, but is not actually cold. People are friendly, actual service not great at all. I also offered to do trade in and buy another, they said not with all the work needed! More
