Good service but slow car rental The 4th recall on my 2017 A7 was handled expeditiously, but the car rental process took over 35 minutes. It seems that the dealer had run out of loan The 4th recall on my 2017 A7 was handled expeditiously, but the car rental process took over 35 minutes. It seems that the dealer had run out of loaner cars. The pick-up process and the loaner care return were smooth, however. The number and frequency of factory recalls were distressingly high, given that my A7 was in its 5th or 6th model year. Surprising that all the "bugs" still had not been fully cured. I wonder how many bugs are in the new, redesigned 2019 A7 ? More

55,000 mile check/dent removal I came in for a 55,000-mile maintenance check. I asked specifically for them to check my brakes because they were squeaking. My brakes are still squea I came in for a 55,000-mile maintenance check. I asked specifically for them to check my brakes because they were squeaking. My brakes are still squeaking and I was not given a reply by the service representative when I inquired afterward. I also asked for a small dent to be repaired. My car was in the shop for 5 days and the dent was still not repaired. They assured me work would be completed within 48 hours, but then called to extend the time to an additional 3 days. I was then quoted two different numbers, even after I was told the work would be done by the end of the day. On the 5th day, the service representative asked for a third extension of time. He said the dent was not a typical case but the dent is maybe 6 inches in length. He did give me a discount upon collecting my vehicle and said he would follow up about the dent removal but I didn't hear from him. I do not feel that I will be coming back to Audi San Diego. I am disappointed because I have had great service experiences with Audi in the past. More

Brett in service has always been super knowledgeable and prompt to get me an appointment when needed. So when I decided to buy or lease a new Audi S5, I naturally went to my current dealership. I was referred to Don Bragg and the process was smooth and enjoyable. There was no pressure to choose either option, and financing, should I have chosen to go the purchase route, was simple and offered low interest rates through SDCCU. I ended up leasing, which was equally simple. Joyce Jung was clear and efficient in finance. All in all, a good day. More
