Another Great Experience I brought my Audi in for scheduled service which I easily scheduled on line. I met with Damien within a few minutes of arriving and everything was gre I brought my Audi in for scheduled service which I easily scheduled on line. Failure to advocate for customer When I purchased the car in November 2016 I was also sold a 5 year road hazard insurance policy on the tires. The car has fewer than 28,000 miles on it and the vendor refused to cover the punctured tire on a minor technicality. A higher level of advocacy on the part of the service center would likely have served to have the tires covered but the service center staff declined to attempt. More
