Terrible Communication Brought my vehicle in for servicing. They held on to my car for several days and constantly failed to contact me when they claimed they would do so. 4 Brought my vehicle in for servicing. They held on to my car for several days and constantly failed to contact me when they claimed they would do so. 4 days later I went by to pick up my vehicle as nothing was being performed on the car including the simple tire rotation I asked for. Additionally, despite asking my vehicle not be washed, they washed it and brought it back covered in water. I voiced my dissatisfaction with my service experience while I was picking up the car and I was assured somebody would call me the following morning to let me know what issues were going on with the car. That call never came. Audi San Diego clearly lacks communication. More

Quick, courteous, efficient . My issue was explained and resolved successfully. The technician is nice and responsible. He always respond in a timely manner. However, I do t fee . The sale price includes registration but he didn’t inform me that register can’t be done and didn’t take that amount off. More

The salesman, Anthony Picozzi, offered us exceptional professionalism, great product knowledge, and due courtesy one would expect when purchasing a car. He took time to explain the latest features and accommodated us on a sufficiently long test drive. After being satisfied with the car, we offered a reasonable price which was instantly accepted without any further negotiations. Anthony ensured that the purchasing transaction was completed as expeditiously as possible. Once all the paperwork was finished, Anthony ensured that the vehicle was properly prepared for delivery, and further assisted us with programming and customising numerous features of our new vehicle. There was never any financial pressure nor time constraint, which was very much appreciated. Working with Rosalina Caballero was equally pleasant. She too offered us the same level of courtesy and professionalism when explaining available packages and reviewing the relevant documents. Even though we opted not to purchase additional packages, Rosalina maintained good sense of humour and cheerful attitude throughout the entire process. We were very satisfied with the process and would certainly recommend Audi San Diego. More

Airbag Windshield and brakes Penni was an amazing help for us. We live closer to a different dealer but would continue to get our 3 audis serviced here because of nice and compet Penni was an amazing help for us. She was able to procure the two recall airbags needed plus she made a great recommendation to have our cracked windshield fixed (since our insurance company only has vendors with garages more than an hour away. Everything was done in a couple of days and the crew worked hard to finalize before we had a scheduled trip. We are very grateful for the remarkable effort and great work. More
