Lots of runaround I took my A3 in for service due to an error message I received. While it was in, I wanted to have them address a "knocking" sound I could hear from t I took my A3 in for service due to an error message I received. While it was in, I wanted to have them address a "knocking" sound I could hear from the front left of the vehicle. The tech fixed what was causing the error message but said they could not hear the knocking sound so my representative had me come back in for a test drive with the tech. We took it for a test drive and he confirmed he could hear the sound. Several days later, they called to say it was finished. I picked my car up and, upon driving it off the lot, I heard the same knocking sound but even worse than before. Of even more concern, I heard a rattle coming from the shift box, which is the part that they replaced to fix the error message. I took it back in and asked them to look at the knocking sound and address the rattle. They had me test drive with a tech again. We could easily hear the knocking sound but the rattle didn't happen during the test drive. 6 days later, I had not yet heard from the dealership so I called in. However, it's very difficult getting in touch with the service center sometimes so I had to call in multiple times on that 6th day, starting in the morning. Finally, I called a general number and told the receptionist the situation. My rep called back 45 minutes later and informed me that the tech I had been working on had been assigned to a different car to work on and that the wanted me to come back in for a THIRD test drive so the new tech could hear the sound as well. I told him that it's not an easy drive to the dealership and that it's not really reasonable to ask me to test drive again just because they had to shift the workload. I asked if the two techs could just talk to each other and the rep indicated that he would try to arrange that. I called multiple times the next day to hear an update (I was leaving to go on a work trip for a week and I wanted to have my car back before I left, which the rep knew about from the beginning). He finally called an hour before they closed and told me that they couldn't do anything else regarding the knocking sound or the rattle without a test drive. I'm now trying to decide if it's worth coming back in (and missing more work) to get this addressed. More

Disappointed that I came i for an oil change and reported my presence light had been coming on for 3 months and Audi tried to charge me to fix when there’s been a that I came i for an oil change and reported my presence light had been coming on for 3 months and Audi tried to charge me to fix when there’s been a manufacture glitch in my model and year car that was discovered Jan 31, because I got my windshield replaced after market on Jan 31. The pre sense light first came on in September, and started coming back on daily in November. There is no way that the windshield replacement caused this when I got it replaced Jan 31, 2019. Joe promised to get back to me after he spoke with his boss and I supplies the receipt of my windshield replacement. I’ve followed up twice in 3 weeks and did not receive an answer. Work half done Took my A8 to get a scratch buffed up. After a week I was given my car back with wet sanding spots everywhere including the interior. Door was not waxed and paint in the car showed some liquid that was spilled from a paint can. Fortunately my husband was able to take care of this but clearly not what I was hoping for given that we own also a Q7 and all cars were purchased with you. More

Very Disappointed I requested a loaner and made an appt at 7:45 AM, in hopes of getting in and out quickly. Loaner was not available - had to wait over 1/2 hour to get a car. When I came to pick up my car, it had not been washed. I asked about it, and the service man said he could do it now - I had no time to wait for it to get washed. Following day it rained. I realized that my windshield wiper was still frayed - it had not been replace even though the invoice had the line item 0160IN Inspect Windshield Wiper Operration. Honestly, after such a basic oversight, not sure I trust your service department at all. Will be taking my car somewhere else, and will look to other dealerships when deciding to trade in my car. More
