Overall good Started good then didn’t get an update that the needed part was not in till I called after the expected time frame of completion (2-3hrs) has passed. Started good then didn’t get an update that the needed part was not in till I called after the expected time frame of completion (2-3hrs) has passed. Then a mix-up on the recall repair/replacement, but the department manager smoothed everything over nicely and kept me a happy customer upon leaving, will complete the job in next couple weeks hopefully, once the needed part is in.
