Overall good Started good then didn’t get an update that the needed part was not in till I called after the expected time frame of completion (2-3hrs) has passed. Then a mix-up on the recall repair/replacement, but the department manager smoothed everything over nicely and kept me a happy customer upon leaving, will complete the job in next couple weeks hopefully, once the needed part is in. No tire jack Bought my first Audi two weeks ago. After the paperwork was signed and before leaving the lot the service light popped on. Fast forward two weeks I ge Bought my first Audi two weeks ago. After the paperwork was signed and before leaving the lot the service light popped on. Fast forward two weeks I get a flat tire. Go to change it and there is no jack or lug nut tools. So I’m stranded on the side of the road and have to call AAA. When service guy gets here, tire can’t be taken off because lug nuts don’t fit wrench. More
