Abysmal service! Audi service is horrible! They charge exorbitant fees for very basic service options. A $250 regular service spent even include a tire rotation, and Audi service is horrible! They charge exorbitant fees for very basic service options. A $250 regular service spent even include a tire rotation, and comes back with a bunch of “recommendations”. They said I needed a tire rotation. I didn’t tell them I just got new tires less than 2,000 miles ago until they told me that, then they said the tires were fine. Want to charge $1,750 for a low speed brake squeak which Audi USA recognizes is a problem. This car (2015 Q5) has had 1-2 recalls per year since we bought it new from the Miramar dealership. it’s a terrible car and the dealership takes you over the coals every chance they get. More

They take care of your concerns, unde I have been working with Audi San Diego for about a year and a half now and have always had a great experience. They take care of your concerns, understand that you want to take the best possible care of your vehicle. They are efficient and wait times are never very long. In addition, my husband and I paid for the extended protection plans for the windshield, tires and rims and they go to extra lengths to ensure these plans are used when they can which is a great relief to us that the cost was more than worth it and we don't have to fight to use it (have had that experience with another car brand). I will continue to visit this dealership and plan to be an Audi customer as long as possible! More
