We’ve had several issues with the service department in the past, to the point where I’ve had to speak with the General Manager to voice my frustratio We’ve had several issues with the service department in the past, to the point where I’ve had to speak with the General Manager to voice my frustrations. We purchased Audi care and 3 for 1 services when we bought the car, so we know that we have to come back to this dealer for our service. The most recent time, there was a hiccup (again) but Jerald made us forget about all of our past issues. It was our first time having Jerald as our service advisor and will not go to anyone else going forward. He recognized the issue, and went over and above to rectify the situation and make us whole. We understand human mistakes happen, but Jerald is the epitome of top notch customer service and how to resolve issues. Thank you Jerald! Side note: I’ve worked with George in the past and had the worst experience. When my husband dropped off my car recently, George was condescending and did not listen to what my husband was dropping the car off for— which was probably why we had to deal with the issue again (which Jerald was able to fix!) Remote purchase and shipping not a compentancy In a time when vehicles are purchased over the internet, based on my experience, this dealer doesn't appear like they've sold a car to a remote buyer In a time when vehicles are purchased over the internet, based on my experience, this dealer doesn't appear like they've sold a car to a remote buyer before. The purchasing transactions were fine,..receiving the car another story. The car was to be shipped and a delivery date was established. First date came and went and was given an updated delivery only after calling to find out where the car was. 2nd commit date (a week later) was the same story. The delivery date comes and goes with no car. Now I asked for the auto transport contact info from San Diego Audi since they appeared to show little interest in making sure the car was actually delivered. The auto transport was just as incompetent. "what? the car wasn't delivered? We'll get right back to you.". No return call. The car finally arrives with minor damage (discovered after I washed the car). San Diego Audi response...it wasn't like that when it left here. Moral of the story...if you are looking for a dealer that is interested in a positive end to end experience and an incomparable customer experience you might try another dealer. More

Didn't take too long for the fix (1.5 hours or so, right what they estimated). They finished up, told me what I needed on my car but no pressure sales pitch. And walked out to a washed car already waiting for me. Great job. Also what surprised me is the quote they gave me for windshield wipers (only $18.70), I'd expect 5x that much from the dealer. More
