Upgraded! My previous Audi lease was coming up and I came in to take a look at inventory and drove off in a brand new A6S. He may have had ten other appointments, but I wouldn't have known it. He spent ample time with me going over all the features and I can't say enough. It was a painful situation made much less painful thanks to Manny's professionalism and compassion. Since it was the holidays, the service center was very busy, but Manny made sure to keep me in the loop at all times. I always go to Manny for all my service appointments.
