Horrible service. I took my car in for some Audi recalls on my Q5. Brett had told me that the service would only take about a day. After two days, I called for the st I took my car in for some Audi recalls on my Q5. Brett had told me that the service would only take about a day. After two days, I called for the status on my vehicle, turns out it would be ready the following day. 3 days and on the third day I get a text after I'd already followed up myself. No communication whatsoever. Would have been nice if somebody would have told me that the baby car seat had to be damaged. This is the part that made me upset the most since I had my baby with me. And my other two daughters as well. Waiting an hour for my car because it was stuck behind another vehicle that they didn't have the keys for to move it. I opted not to get the car washed because I had to feed my children after the hour wait. So I am nowhere close to happy but these folks. More

Upgraded! My previous Audi lease was coming up and I came in to take a look at inventory and drove off in a brand new A6S. Don went above and beyond for me that My previous Audi lease was coming up and I came in to take a look at inventory and drove off in a brand new A6S. Don went above and beyond for me that day. He may have had ten other appointments, but I wouldn't have known it. He spent ample time with me going over all the features and I can't say enough.
