I called Brett my advisor for years, explained what happened. He took the car in right away, got us a loaner. My husband was able to pick up the repaired car while I was still in the hospital so we had our car back for my return home. Audi was great. (Although i did file an insurance claim and the dealership was not their repair shop of choice, the timeliness, the immediate, loaner of another Audi, under the circumstances was well worth it. Audi SD, esp Brett provides exceptional, customer sensitive service. ) More

They love their jobs, helped us with financing by looking everywhere for our loan despite our not-so-perfect credit-- Alex was patient and answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand--and Dan even loaned us his personal car charger for our new electric vehicle because the previous owner had not delivered it yet. How nice is that? The follow up with the paperwork with Dan was meticulous, he is very organized. And we were surprised to be offered a lower interest rate with a good loan company for our purchase. Complimentary cooing off period Exceptional 200 mile trial period! I brought the car to an independent and after finding out that it needed $3000 worth of work I brought it back. Audi SD honored their contract although it takes 10 business days to retract the deal. A great opportunity to make a good decision on a big purchase. Don’t know if this is the case on new cars. Need more loaners! Good service (Manny is great) but they frequently run out of loaners.
