Q5 tire replacement Went to dealership to have a tire replaced because spare was not working. They told me to leave because it was about lunch time but they would get by end of the day. Around 4:00 called the phone number on the service ticket. Got voicemail with no option to go to service. Found service number on line and called backed got the tech's voicemail. I called back about half hour later & got the tech he said he would call me right back. At that time he said they were backed up because 9 men were out. After 30 minutes no return so I called him. He said they need to keep the car overnight. they were slammed because of the upcoming holidays. I had to ask for a link to get a ride home from work and to work the next day. He sent link to get me home but not to work. Next day around 10:30 he called & asked if I had ordered the part for the car! He went on to say they were test driving the car to address the squeeky drivers seat. How do you test drive a car with a flat tire?I called around 4:30 to see status of the car. The new tire was just received moments ago but the car would be ready at 5:00. he sent me link to get a ride to dealership. I arrived at 5:20. Car not ready. he calls on radio and the response is they are still working on the car it would be a while, Tech turns to me and says the car is coming right up. 20 minutes later car arrives. While waiting I hear this tech how slammed they are going to be tomorrow because of the upcoming holiday. If this is so predictable why not put on more staff or extend hours? He said they addressed the recall notice which I never received previously and fixed the seat. the seat is worse than ever. Also found out when I checked in they had the wrong vin number for the car which I bought from this dealership and had been serviced once before. When they serviced my wife's car for an oil change they forgot to put the dip stick back in the car. More

I called Brett my advisor for years, explained what happened. He took the car in right away, got us a loaner. My husband was able to pick up the repaired car while I was still in the hospital so we had our car back for my return home. Audi was great. (Although i did file an insurance claim and the dealership was not their repair shop of choice, the timeliness, the immediate, loaner of another Audi, under the circumstances was well worth it. Audi SD, esp Brett provides exceptional, customer sensitive service. ) More

They love their jobs, helped us with financing by looking everywhere for our loan despite our not-so-perfect credit-- Alex was patient and answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand--and Dan even loaned us his personal car charger for our new electric vehicle because the previous owner had not delivered it yet. How nice is that? The follow up with the paperwork with Dan was meticulous, he is very organized. And we were surprised to be offered a lower interest rate with a good loan company for our purchase.
