Poor service I brought my car in on a Tuesday and no service was performed so I rescheduled for the following Thursday and when they got back to me they told me w I brought my car in on a Tuesday and no service was performed so I rescheduled for the following Thursday and when they got back to me they told me what they had wanted to do with my automobile. When I told them I would like a second estimate they made me wait for two hours to get my automobile returned to me. I knew that they had been waiting to return my car because it was warm from sitting in the sun for I don’t know how long. More

Scuff marks on my hood after I asked them not to wash my car I dropped my new car off in the rain and impressed on my service manager how important it was that no one wash my 80,000$ new car. When my car was re I dropped my new car off in the rain and impressed on my service manager how important it was that no one wash my 80,000$ new car. When my car was returned I was a little worried when I didn't see the tell tale water marks I would expect after dropping it off in the rain. Later that evening, I gave my car it's nightly cleaning, I do every day it has been used . i found light scuff marks on the hood. I was gutted. Truly heartbroken. This was my first and probably only new car I'll ever have and I planed on having it till I die. I strongly encourage audi to reach out to me in order to make this right. Please. Ty More

I needed another car because my previous car was totaled in an accident a few weeks ago. I had spent days going to other dealerships and wasn't sure I was going to find a car in the near future. I found this one online and it was already a great price. It was in mint condition even though it was four years old. I negotiated the deal myself and was able to get it at a price I was comfortable with. My husband showed up later to sign the paperwork. The process was seamless. Anthony went over all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable about all the features. And he synced my phone to the car before we left. More

There are some nice and professional people at this dealership, but we felt that as soon as papers are signed, the level of communication and customer service dropped dramatically.
