Being able to call and text I.J. before coming in felt natural and relaxing vs having to field multiple calls through a receptionist or switchboard. I.J. and team stayed late for me to complete the purchase and didn’t rush me through the process (Thanksgiving Eve no less!). Audi San Diego will be our first, and likely only stop on our next upgrade! More

Using the internet, I had requested “out the door” prices from a number of dealers on an exact model with specific features found throughout the state. Mr. Drake responded almost immediately with a written proposal with all the numbers clearly explained along with a window sticker. He was the fastest to respond of the dealers. His deal was the best of the three dealers who provided a written out the door price. Having to travel to San Diego for a test drive, Brent was easy to keep in communication. He would respond promptly and coordinate times to meet. Upon arrival at Audi San Diego, Brent was prepared to take me on a test drive of the selected car as well as show me a few others. During the test drive, he demonstrated many of the excellent features the car offered. At the end of the test drive, I was eager to purchase that car. Dan Chappelle was personable and informative as the Finance Manager. After paperwork was signed, Mr. Drake had the car readied for me. When it arrived, he continued to educate me on its features and answer any questions that I had.
