Too many appointments at the same time My service care representative was great in every way, my car was serviced in a timely manner. I was disappointed in the drop off process. I made my appointment a week earlier and it was very easy and they are very flexible. When i arrived for the 8:30 appointment there was a very long line of cars and it took a while for the service rep to get to my car. Once the car was with the dealer i went to the desk and the rep was very quick and efficient and friendly. I went to the loaner car line and waited a long time there only to be told they no longe had any cars available even though there were 2 sets on the counter. When i pointed out the keys i was told those were for someone else!?? I waited in line after line and was originally told when i called to make appointment that there would be a loaner car for me. I was very unhappy as i had a day full of appointments expecting tho have a car instead they called a lift to pick me up and drop me at home. I was very disappointed in the lack of interest as i was told sorry thats all we can do. More
Great, Easy & Efficient Experience I contacted Audi San Diego via email looking for a specific vehicle. Natasha promptly followed up with me and invited me in. I explained that I didn't have the time, knew what I wanted and preferred to do the majority of the transaction online. Natasha was accommodating and answered my many questions professionally, honestly and promptly. We negotiated a deal I was happy with and I agreed to visit the dealership afterwork to test drive the car. Natasha followed up with a phone call to confirm our appointment and greeted me when I arrived. We test drove the car and she did not rush the experience nor try to upsale me. I explained that I needed to take a day to decide between trim levels. Natasha was polite and respected my decision. No high pressure sale techniques trying to get me to immediately commit. I followed up with Natasha the following day and let her know the trim level I decided on and the interior/exterior color I preferred. They did not have that exact vehicle at the dealership so she made arrangements with a sister dealership to have the vehicle available for me the following day. I visited the dealership to finalize the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I was in and out in 90 minutes (60 minutes of that was spent going over the technology on the car). The 30 minutes with the finance manager was painless and efficient. I was offered several service options which I declined. Finance manager was surprised I declined all but did not spend too much time trying to talk me out of my decision. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I love my new car. I plan to be a repeat customer and refer friends and family to Audi San Diego. More
Quality Product. Educated Staff. We came in about three weeks ago on the search for a new family car. We came to Audi because of reputation and product quality. We are aware of staff We came in about three weeks ago on the search for a new family car. We came to Audi because of reputation and product quality. We are aware of staff quality. We have walked out of dealerships because of lack of product knowledge, aggressive sales approach or inefficiencies in the initial process. IJ and Audi San Diego have a tremendous product that they are proud of, was knowledgable about the product and there was no pressure. We test drove, felt educated and parted ways with IJ with a handshake and a commitment to follow up. Two weeks later we’d vetted all the competition and there was only one winner- Audi San Diego. IJ stayed in touch with us (as any good salesperson does) but we never felt pressured. He helped us fine the perfect Audi, advocated during the negotiation process (all via email) and lined us up for success. We walked in today- IJ walked us through the process, introduced us to a Service Manager who was passing through and we left with our dream car. It really was that easy. More

Both Horacio and Bill Jordan were very welcoming and extremely professional in answering my questions and organizing my service at Audi. It is because of Bill Jordan that I chose Audi of San Diego. Bill assured me of the expert service and professional staff at Audi of San Diego. I have experienced exactly that! Bill introduced me to Horacio at my first time to Audi. When I called for the second maintence visit, I requested Horacio again and quickly it was arranged! Horacio greeted me and explained everything that would be done. He carefully looked over my car and asked what I planned to do while my car was worked on. He then so kindly made arrangements for a driver to take me to lunch. Bill Jordan came to welcome me and make sure everything was taken care of. Again, I am grateful Bill introduced me to Audi of San Diego! What an amazing professional staff!
