However, on the back end when I go to pick it up I always have to wait an excessive amount of time to get the vehicle, oftentimes waiting up to half an hour for the vehicle and it never, ever comes back washed as promised. I will be hard pressed to bring the vehicle back unless something is done about by pickup flow. More
