As someone relatively young in the car-buying world who has faced multiple situations where I wasn’t treated with time and respect at other dealers in the past just because of my age and how I dressed — I truly appreciated the opposite from him and his team with overwhelming professionalism and kindness in making an Audi my next car. If you’re looking for a buying experience with no haggling, no predatory sales tactics, and no misery in the finance office, this is the place. Lucas and the entire sales team were attentive and professional from start to finish, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth — I wasn’t stuck signing papers for hours like at some other dealers and there was zero hiccups with processing anything. I also wanted to see how the after-purchase experience would be, and weeks later, I can say it’s flawless. I had a minor connectivity issue with my vehicle, and the service department was incredibly quick to respond. I was able to get into the dealership and have it fixed in under five minutes... not even kidding, I was conveniently in the neighborhood and they got me in right away.
