First off, Audi Roadside Assistance was great as they helped jump start my car two separate times. Then I went to Audi SD to see if I had a faulty battery. I pulled up around 7AM and there wasn't a wait and I walked in without an appointment. Jerald helped me and it was the best service I've ever received. My car was completed by 10AM, I was given a ride to and from the dealership, and the communication was clear and thorough. Very pleased with Audi San Diego and will definitely come back. More
