It's All in the Details Audis are expensive to service, and this dealer is more expensive than some others. However, in my case it's more convenient so that can outweigh cost differences. I've had several issues with their service on different occasions. The first time I went in for an annual factory recommended service, I discovered afterward that the factory recommended a brake fluid flush every two years. My car was overdue for the brake fluid flush, but they didn't do it. I had to take it back a second time to get that job done. My latest annual service, the service writer mistakenly told me it would take most of the day to do the service because a belt replacement was required, so I took a loaner car rather than wait. The loaner car had to be returned with the same fuel level, so I put in more than enough fuel to replace what I had used, but the LED fuel gauge didn't register high enough, so they added almost as much as I had already put in and charged me $5.50/gallon. A small point but grating, especially when the service writer told me his time estimate was wrong because the belt only had to be inspected, rather than replaced. More
