Usually the experience is flawless, but this time, George was on vacation, and nobody called me to update me on status, or to let me know it was finished. Ferduke Martinez provided my girlfriend and I with excellent service. We walked in without any appointments and no other sales persons came to assist. Ferduke kindly allowed us to test drive two diffe excellent service. We walked in without any appointments and no other sales persons came to assist. Ferduke kindly allowed us to test drive two different cars. Unfortunately it was not what we were looking for and there was no pressure. We actually came back the week after to view a car that had just arrived on the lot. Long story short it was the car we wanted and Ferduke was very helpful through the process. There was no high pressure sales tactic and the entire transaction took a lot less time than expected. Dealerships are not inherently bad and unfortunately many come with terrible reviews. I hope Ferduke will provide excellent sales service and support for many other customers in the future. He went above and beyond for my girlfriend in getting her what she wanted and the price was very fair. I have no problem coming back again and working with Ferduke again. More
