The last new purchase was a Chevrolet truck at Quality Chevrolet in Escondido and was introduced to sales staff, Parts and Service department all included in the buying experience along with free lifetime oil changes. San Diego Audi take note because that is the way to act for repeat customers, too bad they did not sell these cars as I am loyal to them. Financial staff was very good and should be commended. More

After more than a decade of being an exclusive BMW customer, I'm overall very pleased with Audi's service. The one area of improvement for them would be to get a larger fleet of loaner cars. The first time I arrived recently for my scheduled service appointment they didn't have a loaner car for me, leaving me no choice but reschedule for another time. More
