Ask how many keys you're getting when buying used car! We first scheduled a test drive with Tami. She was nice to let us test drive the car but we didnt make a decision that day. She sent me some text messages which pretty much saying but it now. I asked her about the warranty but I never heard back again from her. I inquired over the internet a couple of days after to see if it's still available. I got a response the following day from Rick. and scheduled a test drive. The day of my appointment, I checked the price and it went down by almost $200 (from $6950 to $6757. I asked if the price that he told me ($7500 out the door) will be adjusted and he said yes. So I went there to do the test drive again (the first one was with my husband). When I came back from the test drive, it's pretty much sales pitch. I asked about the price and he said that because the price that he quoted me for ($7500 out the door) was less than the $6757 that he can't lower the price anymore. He should have said that before I went there! There was a point where he came across as rude I guess he needs a sale. I was there for a couple of hours and didn't say much about the car, just waiting for me to decide and buy it. I have to say that after I decided to move forward with the purchase, he's nicer and even helped me bring home my car - he driving the car I bought. So when he parked it on my driveway, he gave me the key and it's just one set of key! NEVER did he say anything about the car having only 1 set of key. I was going to drive him back to the dealership so I just bit my tongue and didnt say anything. But I asked him why he didnt tell me about that! Now we have to spend extra for another set of key. I even told him that I will be back to get another car from the dealership in a few months because this car will just be my temporary car. I would think that he would take extra attention because that could be another sale from him. But NO! Now I'm thinking if I should still get another car from this dealership. More

I was shopping around at other dealerships to compare luxury SUVs and Audi SD stood out compared to the others in terms of professionalism and protocol for safety (other dealers didn't wear masks or practice other safety measures). Anthony in sales was extremely knowledgeable about Audi vs. other luxury brands and once I purchased he gave me a top to bottom tutorial on things I didn't know about my last SUV. Dan in finance was pleasant and very helpful laying out the various options for financing (even though I was going to pay cash) and really earned my trust; and finally service team worked behind the scenes to prepare the car so I could drive it off the lot. Everyone was very pleasant and the waiting rooms comfortable and pleasant. More
