Honestly Audi has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I thought for as expensive have a vehicle I was buying that I would have top-notch service but that is far from the case. I wish that I would’ve talk to my friends who had Audis prior to my purchase otherwise I probably would not of ended up buying an Audi. My friends who Also on Audis have the exact same issues. In fact I know someone who goes out and pays for service from a different vendor just so they don’t have to deal with how crappy Audi is to work with to service their vehicle. I can’t wait until I am out of my lease to never buy an Audi again. More
