Audi San Diego Service I was happy that there was a pickup/delivery service. Unfortunately the pick was 1 1/2 after the scheduled time- no courtesy call to let me know it wo I was happy that there was a pickup/delivery service. Unfortunately the pick was 1 1/2 after the scheduled time- no courtesy call to let me know it would be a late pickup. The service advisor called later that day and asked if next day delivery was ok-it was. Unfortunately, it took an additional day to get my car- again, no courtesy call to let me know of the additional delay. I had routine service done. No measurement was (or provided to me) for any service done. For instance, how much life is left in my break pads? How worn were they? I only got a checklist saying all the things were accomplished. Overall, I think the service is way overpriced. The service representative is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I was going to be charged for a tire rotation that did not happen and he quickly removed the charge. More

My appointment was made by phone speaking with Nacho who was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the servicing of our vehicle. Once on site George took charge of getting our vehicle checked in. Ge was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the servicing of our vehicle. Once on site George took charge of getting our vehicle checked in. George was sure to follow all safety precautions, following all COVID-19 guidelines. He made me aware of the disinfecting process for the vehicle, which I opted for. I was assured the process would not harm the interior of the vehicle (which was correct). Nacho kept me informed during servicing and the vehicle was ready the same day it was serviced (there was the possibility it may not be ready until the next day). I was very pleased with how I was treated and for the call communication from Nacho. More

Pleasurable Experience I was very impressed with the level of attentiveness Nabi provided.
