First off, my service was over 2 months ago. Why has it taken so long to solicit feedback? The seat still rattles, and when I moved the seat to investigate further, grocery bags and other things were just as I had left them making it obvious they didn’t do any work on it ... Even after riding with a technician that acknowledged the noise and understood where it was coming from. Although Brett and team were very nice, I’m very disappointed. More
