Repair under chassis shield and recall service updates Even though it took awhile for Audi to work through some issues, once the vehicle is in the shop, all the service personnel, including the manager Ru Even though it took awhile for Audi to work through some issues, once the vehicle is in the shop, all the service personnel, including the manager Russ, have been very courteous and helpful in tending to the problem that I have with my 2019 E-Tron. Special thanks are to Manny, the service advisor, for his diligence in handling this repair service, from keeping me informed of the status to arranging transportation during the time where my vehicle was being repaired. The work has been done satisfactorily and I received a video inspection report from the service technician giving a walk-through inspection summary after the repair. More
