Abysmal Fraudulent dealings, horrendous customer service and an all around horrible representative of the Audi brand. This dealership continues to disappoint even after giving them a second chance on dishonest dealings on a prior Audi lease. After 7 Audis I am switching brands due to the this dealership on it’s own. Quick awesome annual service Horacio (Nacho) in the service department is on his game! I waited while my AUDI Q3 was receiving its annual oil change and service. Nacho said he Horacio (Nacho) in the service department is on his game! I waited while my AUDI Q3 was receiving its annual oil change and service. Nacho said he could probably get me in and out in about two hours. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was in and out in just under 90 minutes. Nacho has great customer service and an awesome demeanor, while being quick and efficient in all he does. Kudos to Nacho and the entire AUDI derive department. More
