Thankful for George I am very grateful to George for all his help in a very stressful time. San Diego Audi and George went over and above for me. They took 2 weeks to find the issue with my car but very pleased that they took their time to solve the issue. Service department especially George is excellent. Not pleased that they did slight damage to my bumper and never took care of it. Also it's new to me and I have tried 2 times to get them to help me set up the Audi app on my phone and they have never returned my calls. Not a satisfied customer We dropped the car off for routine service (oil change, rear brakes and recall item) upon picking up the car we noticed that the front passenger seat We dropped the car off for routine service (oil change, rear brakes and recall item) upon picking up the car we noticed that the front passenger seat was damaged, leather seat was burnt with a hole, I asked the Audi ( Joe Caffrey) service representative to come assess and take a look at the seat burns he said it looked like dried water, upon a closer look and sent back to the service department for cleaning it was observed to be burnt leather. The manager came over also to take take a look at it and said that he has seen this problem before with the seat heaters being enabled. We live in San Diego and have NEVER used our seat heaters. The manger took our VIN number and said that he would get back to us, we have NOT received a call back as of yet to see how the issue will be resolved. More

From check in to receiving my rental car is less than 15 minu As soon as you pull-up your greeted by your Service Consultant in my case Damien Burton. From check in to receiving my rental car is less than 15 minutes. Damien will update me throughout the day on any updates to my car. This time around I received a live video on my rear brake pads to show me they will also need to be replaced. Received a through report on repairs that were performed and update on what will need attention in the next few months aka tires. The service to the car is always outstanding. More
