I dropped my car off at another local Audi dealership in Maryland (not Rockville and not silver spring) to check my car for a recall, tire bubble and to address an “unusual” sound when I turn the wheel - ev Maryland (not Rockville and not silver spring) to check my car for a recall, tire bubble and to address an “unusual” sound when I turn the wheel - everything was fine until the service representative lied and stated I gave permission for the dealership to Work on my car for almost $1000. Not only did the rep lie, he was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. As a customer who pays a lot of money for his car and has recommended several people who have purchased expensive Audi models - I was a bit shocked at the unprofessionalism at this specific Maryland location. Instead of finding a way to help the customer - essentially I was left with you need to call your dealership and figure it out. After talking to a manager and several calls with my “home” Audi dealership the problem was resolved. Luckily before I went to that Audi’s location GM and corporate I was able to talk to Dimitra and another gentlemen from Audi Silver Spring - they went above and beyond to help me and assist me with resolving my issue. Even if the answer is you have to pay $1000 being kind, respectful and helpful goes a long way with customer loyalty - Dimitra saved me as a customer and I’ll happily buy a car from silver spring Audi again; however, as to the other dealership in Maryland - they need to Work on service rep training. More
