Multiple calls to part dept to make accessory purchase went unanswered. Recent service was just OK. Was told to call back about tire quotes while I was standing there. The service writer could have yell went unanswered. Recent service was just OK. Was told to call back about tire quotes while I was standing there. The service writer could have yelled over to the parts window and started the quotes. Nobody seems interested in going the extra step you would expect at an Audi dealer. I’m betting Toyota does a better job. More
