I have come to the conclusion the Audi brand is way to rich for my wallet. Our Q7 is VERY expensive to service and repair, far exceeds domestic vehicles. This is my first and will be my last once the vehi rich for my wallet. Our Q7 is VERY expensive to service and repair, far exceeds domestic vehicles. This is my first and will be my last once the vehicle has enough value to dump. I am so disappointed in the fact I was barely out of my service contract with mileage and had to pay full price, gave me no credit for already buying and not using the service contract. The cost of all services was 3100 bucks, i priced it at my local shop and same would have cost me 1200.00. Again, my fault for not researching "cost to own" the Audi Q7. Shame on me. More

I was kept apprised at each step on the process even when a last minute surprise emerged. My only regret was that an Sudi loaner was not available and I was given a BMW.
