Not a good overall experience...try to fix, but still broken I have bought 8 cars in three years and this would rank as the MOST difficult and disappointing transaction. They tried to resolve my initial bad experience, but as soon as the car was out the door, so was the "need" to make provide ongoing service. There were so many issues at every phase of this purchase. The most current issue is trying to set up my daughters phone to stream music...rather than calling to walk us through it, they send an old YouTube video, which I had already seen, and was not applicable to the car. I could understand if this was another brand they did not actively sell, but this was an AUDI, from Audi of Stuart.... In my humble opinion, they need to clean house on their leadership team. I would have never gone through with the purchase if it wasn't for my daughter wanting the car.... More
