The following day I called him with questions on the car. He came to my house and explained things. The following day I misunderstood something, stopped in the dealership and he helped me out. My car was towed in from the highway and Joe quickly diagnosed the issue. It needs a major repair so I had the car towed to my local dealer since I will need a loaner car for a quite a while the work is diagnosed the issue.
