His passion for helping clients find the right vehicle and guiding them through the buying process led him to take the next step in his career, becoming a Finance Manager in 2017. He takes pride in assisting customers with every step toward their next vehicle and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience. Outside of work, Troy is an avid dog lover who enjoys spending his free time walking and playing with his two dogs. Fun Fact: Troy’s favorite Audi is the RS7 Sportback!

The dealership had an abundance of vehicles that we were in search of. The staff were super friendly and welcoming during our purchase. Our salesman, Randy Hozempa, was an exceptional employee to deal wit in search of. The staff were super friendly and welcoming during our purchase. Our salesman, Randy Hozempa, was an exceptional employee to deal with. He was not pushy and even stayed beyond his work shift to get the deal done. After the purchase, he took his time and spent several hours going over the vehicle. I would highly recommend Randy to all my friends and co-workers. If in the market for a vehicle go see Randy, you will not be disappointed. Furthermore, Troy Craig in the finance department was extremely thorough when going over our financial options. Best car buying experience I've had in awhile , from start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. John Laino was very communicative throughout. George miick the sales manager was very helpful with having the vehicle set up for a pre purchase inspection and worked with me on any issue that I addressed .. Troy Craig the finance manager ended my experience with the dealership in a quick and efficient manner making the whole buying experience that much easier . Absolutely amazing! !!! I walked in very distraught after recently totaling my car. It was an Audi sq5 and I only had it for two weeks. I walked in and asked if I could p !!! I walked in and asked if I could please have a salesperson who is patient, hoping to get someone kind as I have never gone through the car buying process completely alone. Josh was so helpful and great to work with. He helped me talk numbers and find a car that I am SO happy with. After explaining I had to leave to get my kids soon, Troy made sure all of my paperwork was done in the fastest way possible and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They weren't too salesy and honestly stayed genuine the entire time. Something I really really appreciate and they will have my business forever! Give these two a raise. 5 stars from me! More
