Cody, the disappointment is due to the Infiniti service team. One of the specific reasons I brought the car in was for overheating issues. Infiniti Austins team said they drove it several times to reproduce the overheating. Infiniti didnt suggest anything to correct the issue, The inaccurate diagnosis caused damage. The problem blew up on the drive home AFTER I left the dealership. My car was damaged and inoperable with towing needs AFTER leaving Infiniti. I have emailed you 3 pictures of what was damaged, also call me back i left you a voicemail.
