Changed my opinion of used car dealerships. I was looking for a good used small SUV. I always buy cars from owners and have them checked out by my mechanic, but I was having a hard time finding I was looking for a good used small SUV. I always buy cars from owners and have them checked out by my mechanic, but I was having a hard time finding anything in my price range that was in decent shape. I had talked to a couple of people that had bought from Auto City in the past and had good experiences so I thought I would give them a chance when a CRV came up online. I went down to look it over. I met Tim and he tracked the car down for me and let me take it for a test drive. I liked it, but I couldn't get in touch with my mechanic to check it over. I knew the car would go fast so Tim offered me a 3 day, no questions asked return on it. If the mechanic found something I didn't like, I could bring it back for a full refund for any reason. I brought it home and the mechanic looked at it the next day. There were a couple of items that he found that needed to be fixed before they became a problem down the road. I took the car back the next day, and they fixed the problems without any charge to me. I really appreciated the service provided by Tim in sales, and Jessica and Jeff in the service department. They all went above and beyond my expectations and I'm very happy with my car. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, give Auto City a try. More
