Used Car Sales went smooth I came in a few weeks ago to check out a used car for my parents. Victor helped with a smooth, seamless, and honest transaction. He greeted us when we came, had the interested car pulled up right away to test drive without hassle or pressure. Victor patiently answered all of my question from carfax, services done, warranty, and contracts. I had a question about the prior maintenance done on the car and he had the service manager come to walk through the services done on the vehicle and confirmed the paper documents. I paid all cash and completed the entire transaction within 2 hours. I would buy again in the future from Auto City and recommend to friends. It was clean and spacious inside while you complete the transaction. Not once did I feel I was being over sold, pressured into buying the car, and they really made me feel comfortable with the purchase and going through each contract language. I had a small hiccup with the steering wheel shaking on the way home, but they easily fixed it the next day with no questions or additional charges. Works great now. Parents love the car and I'm glad it went smooth and happily. More
