Great customer service I wanted to buy a used Camry and first went to a large national used car sale operation and was totally disappointed. The salesperson was very insult I wanted to buy a used Camry and first went to a large national used car sale operation and was totally disappointed. The salesperson was very insulting when I changed my mind about buying a car from them. I contacted other dealers on Car Guru. Out of all the dealers I contacted, Ramil Bulatov was the only one who did not call me several times a day. We spoke on the phone and made appointments to meet but I ended up buying a car at a different place. When I told Mr. Bulatov I bought another car, he was very nice and said if I can help you in the future, let me know. What fabulous customer service to a person who did not buy a car from his dealership! And there is a post script to this review. Somehow, I activated a security alarm on the car and I did not know how to disarm it. It was after 8:00pm and my dealer was closed so I called Mr. Bulatov for help. He told me what to do and was happy he could assist me. What a nice person! The next time I want to purchase a car, I will go to Auto City. Providing that kind of service for a complete stranger is awesome. More
