I scheduled a test drive with Ramil through USAA's Car Buying Service, and when I arrived he showed me the car and left my wife and I alone to look it over and talk. Ramil had honest answers to all my questions which really eased our minds, but more importantly he made sure we were comfortable and informed as we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I bought a solid car that will last many years, but if I must purchase another vehicle or have friends/family looking to buy I will most definitely recommend Auto City and especially Ramil. More

Daughter's first car I traveled from Los Angeles to Auto City because I wasn't able to find the model car that my daughter wanted as her first car. I had spoken to Victor I traveled from Los Angeles to Auto City because I wasn't able to find the model car that my daughter wanted as her first car. I had spoken to Victor on the phone and when I got there he handed me the keys to the Volvo and he said take a look, check out the car, and take your time. Then he left us alone - practically unheard of in a car dealership. Once we decide to purchase the car Victor could not have been more helpful. He really puts you at ease and answers all of your questions without any of the usual pushiness that you experience in a dealership. So bottom line - we left with the car and my daughter was thrilled. A great experience and I definitely recommend Auto City and especially Victor Gonzales More
