Good workers and good quality automobile I found this dealer through the USAA Car Buying Service, which should tell you something about the quality and trustworthiness of this location. Victo I found this dealer through the USAA Car Buying Service, which should tell you something about the quality and trustworthiness of this location. Victor, who I initially spoke with, and Jose, who was there when I finished my paperwork, were both very professional and helpful. Not once did I get any sort of needling vibe, or worry about the salesmen trying to pull something over on me. My only complaint is a common one: they won't budge on their prices at all, in fact I believe it is a company-wide policy denying the salesmen this option. Normally this isn't a big deal as the car was sold approximately for KBB value. It did cause me a few complications as I financed through USAA and the maximum amount they would cover after taxes and fees was less than the final price of the car after taxes and fees. It was solved simply enough with a payment to the dealer (and as long as you are good for the funds you can bring the payment in later, as they did with me - as I said, extremely professional and helpful) but it would have been nice if policy allowed them to drop the final price to what USAA will pay for the car. I have to pause here to include the fact that the financing issue wasn't AutoCity's fault at all, it was just an instance where both company policies eliminated the possibility of meeting in the middle. I would buy from this dealer again and have already recommended them to co-workers. More

Best Experience! I was shopping for a car for a week and finally came across a car I was interested in. Called the number and left a message. He was the first person I spoke with that didn't sound like "a car salesman." Didn't give me the run around or BS speech. We did pretty much everything online, through text and on the phone. When I came in, I was greeted with a friendly hello by everyone who worked here. Test drove the car and basically was signing papers! It was quick, no hassle, no long waits and I went on the busiest time of year to buy a car, Labor Day! I was out of there after an hour. Best experience I've had when purchasing a car. I've been back since to take care of some minor things that needed to be looked at and Ramil was quick to have the service manager Jeff get in touch with me. No questions, fixed my concerns and again out of there in a timely manner. I ran into a patient there and I recommended Ramil to her and found out later, her niece ended up buying with him. I highly recommend Ramil at AutoCity or any of there team to help you when looking to buy a car. More

Ramil had honest answers to all my questions which really eased our minds, but more importantly he made sure we were comfortable and informed as we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I bought a solid car that will last many years, but if I must purchase another vehicle or have friends/family looking to buy I will most definitely recommend Auto City and especially Ramil. More
