I reside about an hour away and Auto City paid for a Lyft/Uber to come pick me up (and if I didn’t purchase something they would have paid for one back also). 2. The selection of quality cars (newer models, low miles), is second to none. 3. The prices are no haggle, BUT I looked everywhere for better prices and I simply could not find a better deal! 4. Customer service was A+. They took the time to show me every vehicle I was interested in, we also ran the numbers (monthly payment, length of terms, etc...) on several and I never felt rushed. 5. The only reason I didn’t give Auto City 5 stars was because I went on a hot summer day (over 105 degrees), and it was rather warm in the showroom. Other than that, they are an awesome dealership!! Great Experience I went to Auto City on 8/1/18 to buy an Infiniti QX56. Upon my entrance in the dealership Dmitry Syrbu introduced himself to me. He was an extremely f I went to Auto City on 8/1/18 to buy an Infiniti QX56. Upon my entrance in the dealership Dmitry Syrbu introduced himself to me. He was an extremely friendly guy who listened to what I was looking for. He did not try to sell me a car, but instead he showed me the car that was a best fit for me. He spent about 45 minutes in hot weather showing me and my wife the Infiniti QX56. I finally decided to get the car that he showed us it was to our liking. When we went inside Dmitry promptly went to work, keeping us up to date on what was going on and the progress being made. He also kept checking on us to see how the experience was or if we needed anything. When everything was dealt with, we were greeted the finance guy who would be finalizing the paperwork. We had a great conversation with him talking about our family and everything as we went through the paperwork. All-in-all, this is one of the only dealerships I’ve been to where they treat you like family. You can go in and have a meaningful relationship with them and know you aren’t just seen as a $ sign. There are no stereo typical sleazy car salesmen feel either! I drove all the way from Oceanside to El Cajon where they are located because I thought I would have gotten a good deal and I did. We will be back to get another car in the future. More
